Is the subscription priced per property or per user?
Our pricing is based on the number of properties you manage. Our Professional and Portfolio plans also include multi-user access for letting agents or business partners.
Can I try HomeDash before committing?
Yes — the Free plan is the trial. It's the full system on one property, free forever, with no card and no time limit. The Portfolio plan also comes with a 14-day free trial if you want to test the higher tier at full scale.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Data is preserved across plan changes.
What happens if I go over my plan's property limit?
HomeDash simply asks you to upgrade before you add a property beyond your plan's limit. Nothing is deleted or locked — your existing properties, documents, and history stay fully accessible.
Does HomeDash handle Making Tax Digital (MTD) for Income Tax?
HomeDash focuses on running your properties day to day — compliance, tenancies, rent, maintenance, and documents. It doesn't submit MTD quarterly updates itself; for submissions we recommend pairing HomeDash with an HMRC-recognised MTD tool, using your HomeDash records to keep the figures straight.
