Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HomeDash Ltd and the website homedash.co.uk. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Agreement

Parties

  • Service Provider:HomeDash Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No: 17018157). Registered Office: 73 Liverpool Road, Crosby, L23 5SE.
  • Customer:The individual or organisation creating an account to use the Service.

2. Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the Customer to these Terms. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Business Use: By using HomeDash, you confirm that you are acting for purposes relating to your trade, business, or profession (as a landlord or property manager). You acknowledge that statutory consumer cancellation rights (such as the 14-day cooling-off period) do not apply.

3. Licence and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use HomeDash. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to store or transmit infringing, libellous, or unlawful material.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems.

4. Fees and Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance. They automatically renew at the end of each term unless cancelled via your account settings. All fees are non-refundable except where required by UK consumer law. Late payments may result in the suspension of access to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

HomeDash Ltd retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, branding, and documentation. You retain all rights to the data you upload ("Customer Data"), but grant us a licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • HomeDash Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the 12 months prior to the claim.

We are not liable for any loss of rent, loss of management fees, or any fines/legal costs incurred by the Customer in relation to property compliance or tenant disputes.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Service to improve performance or comply with regulations. We will provide reasonable notice for any material changes that negatively impact your use of the Service.
